About the Author

I.M Vested is the pseudonym for a senior executive who spent his entire career with one of the premier companies in America. Mr. Vested joined the company immediately after college and, except for four years in the Army during World War II, worked there for thirty-eight years, rising from management trainee to senior executive. He opted for early retirement in late 1980 and soon after collected the memos that make up this book.
