About the Author

Tom J. Edwards holds an MBA and has nearly thirty years experience in positions of business management and college administration, currently working with South Carolina Technical Education system. Edwards' research skills won two successful National Register Historic District nominations. He is past president of the South Carolina Archeological Society.
