About the Author
Tom Balles has been a practicing acupuncturist for over two decades and is a Distinguished Lecturer at the Tai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts. He maintains a private practice in Laurel, MD where he lives with his wife, Nancy, and their rambunctious orange tabby named Prince.
