About the Book

He stood
on the edge of time
fearful of war
and human kind.

"What step," thought he,
"shall I take next?"
Shall I tread away
and dance silently
amongst the dying trees
or journey longer still
in this tired world
and pacify the whims
of much lesser men?"

He stands there still.
