About the Book

Newly published children's author, Lena Whitney, lives in the middle class world of small town USA. Wife, and mother of one, Lena is comfortable in her established and predictable existence. It's only when unexpected change comes to call, in the form of a mysterious doctor, that she discovers things aren't always what they seem.

As Lena struggles to break out of her every day world, she tries to not slip into a darker, unknown world. Will she be able to deal with her inner demons, as well as the outer demons she will have to face? Her 'soul' searching could cost her more than just her lifestyle. The cost could be her life.

About the Author

Savannah North is a Hawaiian-born writer and award-winning artist. She has traveled all over the United States and has lived in the South as well as Historical New England, Canada, and California. In addition to her other creative pursuits she is a published poet and degreed paralegal.
