About the Book

Part One of this work examines the UK steel industry within the European Community trade regulations to establish the UK's position in this area and to see how and if the UK steel industry might evolve. Largely, the work consists of a readable and sensible analysis of the primary information in case-law and Statutes and Conventions and Trade Agreements in the context of world politics and world economics. Part Two presents a realistic and comprehensive snapshot of the international trade situation with particular reference to the UK.

About the Author

Sally Dabydeen, who holds a Master of Law degree from Staffordshire University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Glamorgan, is a Lecturer at Wolverhampton University and well versed in legal and regulatory matters. She is a regular writer of legal articles and has carried out a wide range of research in the past as a legal research assistant. Apart from holding a diploma in Private Investigation, she has worked as a self-employed accountant. Apart from being a member of the Chartered Institute of Management and the Association of Accounting Technicians, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants.
