About the Author

Ruth Foreman is the mother of two daughters and resides with her husband and 24-year-old black cat on the East Coast of Florida having recently moved from the seacoast of New Hampshire. She left the corporate world soon after beginning One Woman's Journey to follow her heart's desire, writing and teaching. Ruth has written articles and short stories, both fiction and non-fiction, for local newspapers and magazines. She is well known in the energy field as a Reiki Master and teacher, Polarity Therapist and Therapeutic Touch Practitioner.
