About the Author
Paul Bodine has been a frequent contributor to such business reference books as Gale Encyclopedia of U.S. Economic History, International Directory of Company Histories, Encyclopedia of American Industry, Encyclopedia of Global Industry, and U.S. Industry Profiles: The Leading 100. He is also the author of Operative Words: Essays and Reviews on Literature and Culture, 1981-2002. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Johns Hopkins University and lives in Southern California.
