Ode to an Angel

About the Book

My days are difficult, my nights even harder. But as I lay down each night, I attempt to close my eyes which have become nothing more than teardrop castles. I search for comfort in a world that seems so cruel, and hope as dreams fall upon my swollen eyes that my angel may my soul witness. I love her more than words can say, and this is the story of us.

Through actual poems and a dream so kind, the memories of our wonderful life together comes alive. I just hope that the world may realize but a brief understanding of how wonderful Danielle truly was, and how she was, in all her intangibles, an angel to us all.

My name is Danny Klein. I am just 16 years old, born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I'm more lucky than I can possibly express through words to have spent my life loving an angel. I strive to smile at the present but with kind eyes forever will I dream.
