About the Author
Mr. Imran Ibad carries diverse local and foreign experience in the field of public service, education, and business. Retired at Major, he received a Presidential award for meritorious services. He became Chairman of Islamabad College of Management and Commerce in Islamabad, Pakistan. Led the college to the ?center of excellence? through extensive research and development programs. In the United States, he managed a multi-million dollar expansion project for a local homeless shelter. Currently, he lectures and is developing research projects on the current state of global affairs. In his personal life, he enjoys strong orient and occident socio-cultural ties.
