About the Book
"Let me know when you publish this book. I want to buy a copy for my husband. He really needs it!" Is the typical response I receive after sharing the concept of this book with married women.
Why is it that, later on in life, women view their partners as non-romantic? It didn't start that way! Last year in the United States alone there were 2.4 million weddings and most, if not all, involved guys demonstrating their ability to create romance. They realized if they didn't create excitement and romance, they wouldn't have a prayer of getting her to say, "I do!" Unfortunately for women, that's where romance stops.
Winning And Keeping Points. A Guide To Creating Romance, is a book that was inspired by my son's upcoming wedding. By sharing short "how to" stories, sprinkled with words of wisdom, its goal was to remind them; that creating romance is an essential element to building and maintaining a strong relationship. I wanted to give it to them at a point when the concept of creating romance is fresh. Hopefully, the messages around developing skills of awareness, observation and commitment will be clearly understood and practiced well into the future.
The plan was, during the rehearsal dinner, to present a copy of this book to each member of the wedding party with the simple message of, "Your wedding proposal can not be the last time you created romance." A simple message for my sons and their friends.
And now a simple message for all men!
