About the Book
Written by a pre-teen author, Of Trouble and Trickery unfolds the story of Heather Doung, fifth-grade vulpine who, in her class, starts full-scale rivalry against a traitor and a mathematician.
To make matters worse-and better-the rest of the class get into trouble of their own, shooting elastic bands and bribing each other to be spies.
Heather never planned for it to become so large, but now that it is, she must to cling to one thought expect the unexpected and win the rivalry.
About the Author
Haidan Dong was born in Beijing, China in 1991. Of Trouble and Trickery is her own experience. She would like to thank her classmates for the part they played in her writing. Haidan now lives in Ontario, Canada, and continues to observe the behaviors of her classmates.
