These simple yet powerful 15-minute exercises are based on understandings derived from Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism, and on close observation of the body and its energies (fohat). Greensufi comes from an ancient esoteric school of learning. His teaching and training include harmonizing the energy centers, balancing the male and female within, tuning the seeker?s vibrations to the diurnal cycle of the planet, and awakening the unknown areas of the human psyche.
