About the Author
Dennis E. Kaiser, SPHR has been working in the human resource field for the past twenty (20) years in a variety of positions in a variety of settings. He has experience in manufacturing, distribution, service, transportation, residential care, and most recently consultancy. Although his responsibilities in those settings has been that of ?generalist? he has emphasized the EEO/AA aspects. This might be because of two factors, his formal educational background being in counseling psychology and also because emphasizing the people ?issues? kept a finger on the pulse of the organization. The result has been no litigations brought against any of the companies he worked with.
This is the author?s second book on affirmative action. The first being Develop An Affirmative Action Program Compliant With The November 2000 Revisions which was the top selling book on AAP development on Amazon.com for a period of time.
