About the Author

Charlotte Foster has lived in seven states, in Europe, and traveled extensively. The Fosters spent fifteen years in Flagstaff associated with Northern Arizona University. In South Dakota, Charlotte was a Director of Hospital Education. She is now working with women ex-offenders in San Diego.
