Charles Raymond Dillon is a native of Los Angeles, California. He has written extensively for professional magazines and the government, and has authored many novels.

Dillon received a B.A. from Westminster College, and is a diplomat of the Air War College, Naval War College, and Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He served in the U.S. Military.
