About the Book
Racing to intervene in the suicide attempt of his foster sister, Jaytee Warner asks himself: what caused this to happen? And-more urgently-how is he going to stop her? He looks to the past for clues, reliving times that he and the girl they call Mo had experienced.
Passionate, rollicking, and thoroughly engrossing, Just One Mo immerses readers in the universal turmoil of growing up-the desires, disappointments, humor and heartbreaks.
The power of the human spirit to cope and learn, to survive and grow stronger meets a daunting challenge in this evocative story of teenage trials and triumphs.
