About the Book
Nothing Too Much is a book that glimpses into human-ness, healing and spiritual exploration. Artist-author Helen Byron, now 82, was compelled to tell her story of discovering the enduring connection of mind-body-spirit. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at age 59, she was determined to contest the western doctors' sentence of physical deterioration.
In this fight, she moved to India and joined an ashram. Her story is a truthful, engaging and thought-provoking journey through one woman's life. From her early roots in rural Iowa to the idiosyncrasies of ashram life, Nothing Too Much presents as many questions for the reader as it answers.
