About the Author

Kira Edwards is a thirteen-year-old girl from a small city near Salt Lake City, Utah. She is the second oldest child in a family of eight people. Her family consists of her mom, dad, four brothers, and one sister. Though this is her first published book, her writing career began at the young age of four. Back then, all that she could do was draw picture books. She has been home schooled for the past six years, and she plans on attending her ninth through twelfth grade years in public schools.
