About the Author

Kimberly McReynolds has taught for 14 years in the public schools. She discovered her students became more interested in learning, when all of the subject areas were tied together in one unit, thus Kites and Other Flying Objects was created. This unit has been presented at a Regional NCTM Conference in 1996, and it was a HUGE success! Kimberly McReynolds has her Masters' Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
