About the Author
James Sherburne is the author of more than a dozen historical novels, mysteries, and plays, many set in his beloved Kentucky. His first novel, Hacey Miller, was awarded The Friends of Literature Award in 1971. He attended Berea College and the University of Kentucky, served in the Navy during World War II, and lives in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
