About the Author

James Mallard born in Gainesville, Florida is a fourth generation Floridian, educated in Florida. A late bloomer who started writing after a heart attack in 1985. After retiring from loss control engineering in 2000, he moved to Maggie Valley N.C. where he completed his latest book Never Forgotten.
