About the Book
Enter the mind of a person with bi-polar disorder. Experience the struggle one endures with this illness through poetry. The reader may suffer from bi-polar disorder and not even know it. The purpose of this writing is to let the reader know that you are not alone and the feelings you are experiencing are not uncommon. Not only does the poetry go into the negative effects of bi-polar disorder but it also explores the hope that exists for improvement. The reader may see himself through the eyes of the author or he may know someone who suffers these feelings and experiences. The author strives to put the experience of being bi-polar into words to which the reader may relate.
