It is an in-depth look at the trials and tribulations of Cecil Youngblood as he lives his life through Kansas City Chief training camp in 1979. About the Author
A four year letter winner in both football and basketball at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, Cecil Youngblood made his bid to become a professional football player in 1979. Although he did not realize this dream, the experience helped prepare him for the coaching profession. He is currently the Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin.
