About the Book
This book is designed to answer some of the questions you may be asking deep inside yourself. You may not have even put certain questions into words, but just have a longing to find a solution to whatever is bothering you. If you are a young woman, you or your friends have probably battled with one or more of these issues: suicidal thoughts, depression, relationship struggles, eating disorders or health problems. Although this is a wide-range of subjects, I believe the answers to these challenges all lie in the same fundamental truths. You can discover these truths for yourself by observing your own experience and by beginning to understand the thoughts of enlightened men and women, such as Einstein, Jesus, the Dalai Lama, Buddha and other great teachers. Much of their guidance, I feel, will point you in this one direction—the purpose of your life is to know your own inner Self. You will be amazed to find that the closer you come to understanding how to do this, the closer you will come to being free from whatever problems weigh you down. It sounds so simple, and in way, it is.
