HARTLIN’S LEGACY combines fantasy and adventure, myth and history, fact and fiction, religious and scientific theory, to produce a history of the World as it could have been and who can prove otherwise?

PART 1: THE RISING OF WALASIAN follows the fortunes, conflicts and alliances of the Walasian, the Shunned of Staragmore, the Grelates, and the line of the Pilgrims as Hartlin’s prophesied awakening of Mauruvian approaches. Until now, no one person has known all of the history, folklore or prophecies but gradually the Grelates unravel and understand the past, becoming aware of who to trust and what must be done. It is the eve of Kurdar’s wedding and the Shunned renew their malice. For some, the World is about to change forever.

About the Author

David Obrey has lived all his life in Worcester, a part of England steeped in history, tradition and glorious countryside.

His only claim to fame is that his Mother was born in the same house as Sir Edward Elgar although there is no plaque to commemorate this fact.
