About the Author

Bernadine E Crosby was born in Coventry, England. She was the sixth child of a family of twelve hence the title of her first book Number Six which is an affectionate memoir of life in a large Irish family.

The sequal Soweto Now continues her memoirs of life as an immigrant in South Africa.
