About the Author

Stewart ?Sebastian? Lampe, father of 3, has been an engineer, educator, counselor, workshop leader and an ordained minister. He has experienced several major spiritual journeys and transformations in his life. Sebastian is currently completing the companion book, "Living On The Ground Floor" and creating a workshop on incorporating the principles of "Up From The Basement" into everyday life.
