About the Book

A maiden of the Salem, nineteen, year old Miranda Pritchett is condemned a witch and sentenced to be hanged. Though, not practicing the black arts as a handmaiden of Satan, Miranda does dabbled in the craft, yet as a true follower of Wicca. On the eve of her death, Miranda escapes only to find herself on a strange island not eighty miles over water from the Massachusetts shore.

New Dorenburg Island, no outsider is welcome, no outsider is allowed and death awaits all who steps foot upon her shore. The people are odd, living by night, they serve their Lord as any normal village in any outside kingdom would, still the law is strict, and to leave the island is instant means death. A great secret must be kept or every man, woman and child would die before the sunsets.
