About the Author
Robert W. Feragen, a 1952 graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, taught college English for nine years, and then worked in management of rural and municipal electric systems for twenty-eight years. He served as Administrator of the Rural Electrification Administration in the Carter Administration. He retired in 1990. The Albino Stag Witness is his first novel.
