Robert Earl Andrews is an economist, consultant and amateur astronomer. He is a graduate from Cambridge College in Accountancy, Denison University in Economics, and did his graduate study at University of Michigan, Ohio State University in Economics, UCLA and College of Canyons in Astronomy.
