Ashes & Embers tells of a woman's coming of age in the New South. Appealing to those who enjoy free verse as well as those who enjoy women's studies, Ashes & Embers invites the reader to glimpse into the reflections during a fifteen year period.

About the Author

Joan Noeldechen has been published in June Cotner's Bless the Day and Bedside Prayers as well as in literary journals and magazines. She is currently at work on several projects, including a collection of short stories set in North Carolina.
