About the Author

Harry F. Weyher was a founder of Olwine, Connelly, Chase, O’Donnell & Weyher in New York. He was senior associate counsel to the New York State Crime Commission and an adjunct associate professor of law at the N.Y.U. Law School. He is a magna cum laude graduate from Harvard where he was editor of The Law Review.
