About the Book

This creatively humorous jab at organizational change teaches the real value of "staying put" through the lives of two Jerseys named Pers and Prod, who persistently produce milk that eventually becomes cheese. Their hapless barnmates are two Holsteins named Hop and Jump, who chase ill-fated get-rich-quick schemes. You will enjoy the "punny" lessons as these bovines teach the rules of "ecownomics" through milk production. There's even a Merry Cow Ash Society.

About the Author

Dave Arnott, Ph.D., is a professor, author, speaker, consultant, and seminar leader. He teaches strategic management at Dallas Baptist University. Authoring the acclaimed book, Corporate Cults, made him a national authority on the subject.

Dr. Arnott is a ?retired? marathoner who once rode his bicycle across the United States. He has two college-age children and lives in Rowlett, Texas. Most of his writing is done at his mountain retreat in Angel Fire, New Mexico.
