The Player Gets Played Trey Stephens, a self-proclaimed player runs into an alluring woman who reeks of old wisdom and soft fuzzies. He knows that without effort, he could snuggle down into her cozy world forever, without a whimper. But he's not ready for forever, he still has hearts to score. He thinks of himself as a fantasy weaver. His MO is to be the perfect lover for whomever he is involved with, for however long they're involved. He could never see himself confined to one woman when there were so many who wanted the opportunity to be with a good man. He senses, however, if he were to hook up with only one woman, this would be the one. Another translation of that--he may've just met his match--which to him is tantamount to being challenged, and he's never walked away from a good challenge. He vacillates between the urge to get it on with this siren, and the inclination to follow his foreboding feeling to ignore her. That should've warned him that this wasn't going to be a sashay-in sashay-out situation.
