Womansongis a book of poems inspired by some of the most painful and tragic events a woman can suffer - the death of a marriage, devastated children, the loss of other relationships and your own self-worth, financial struggle, and the ache of loneliness. Yet, like countless other women, the author found the courage to go on, often through writing. Womansong chronicles an actual journey, not yet finished, but begun. You will find hope for your own journey as you find validation and truth in the poems included in this collection.

About the Author

Annie Sharpe is a musician, a teacher, an author, and most importantly single parent to a household of 3 great children (17 and two 14's), 4 cats, a Golden retriever and a lizard. Her next book will be a parent's guide to getting your special needs children through school.
