About the Book
Professor Fannella, like Dante, is on a guided tour through the Afterlife. He discovers that he still has human desires and needs shaped by the life he led on earth. His guides, chosen by a Heavenly Committee, help him to get a better understanding of where he wants to be in the afterlife. Fannella discovers that what he has been told by one of the guides, "Eating is what it is all about", is literally true. His progress is monitored by Marcus, an angel who is constantly surprised by the irrationality of humans. Where Fannella will finally choose to be is a mystery into which all humans will one day be initiated.
