About the Book

There were wild animals in their native environment, beautiful plants, colorful flowers, lizards, and a variety of incredible birds. We also met many warm and wonderful people.

In this collection of Haiku and photographs I have attempted to capture my feelings about this exciting adventure.

About the Author

Joel H. Goldstein, an ophthalmologist in Denver Colorado, is a graduate of Williams College and the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He is married, is the father of three and the grandfather of five. He has long enjoyed photography and writing Haikus. This book is his first opportunity to combine both venues.
