About the Book

Ever wonder what is would be like to leave your old boring, world behind and spend six months traveling the exotic landscape of Australia? Imagine getting off a plane and not knowing a soul, no one knows your background or even your name. You can stop imagining and join me on my six-month adventure down under. Descending down majestic cliffs and great waterfalls of the outback; explore the sensational underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef; captain a sailboat through the crystal waters of the Northern Territory; meet the bizarre wildlife of Australia including koalas, kangaroos, and wombats; spend weekends camping in national parks; participate in local sports such as footy, surfing, white-water rafting; Partying with locals; falling in and out of love; and even try to fit in some class time.

This book will take you through all of my adventures in the six months I spent studying abroad at the University of Melbourne. You'll be riding shotgun with me throughout the whole process as I give you an inside look at all the emotions and thoughts that were running through my mind. I hope you have as much fun reading it as I did living it.

About the Author

I currently work for a large bank in Boston. Recent graduate of Boston College where I majored in Finance and Economics. This book is written as a travelogue about my experiences in Australia. I live in New England and I am a devoted member of Patriot and Red Sox Nation.
