About the Book

About the Author

Daniel P. Ryan is a Circuit Judge in Michigan, an adjunct professor of law at Cooley and Ave Maria Law Schools, and a faculty member at the National Judicial College. He has taught numerous continuing judicial and legal education programs in the United States, and for the Pacific Judicial Council and Pacific Islands Legal Institute.
