RESOLUTION SIX

WHEREAS, our fragile planet can no longer provide jobs, food, medical care, shelter nor protection for its expanding population, and our world has no remaining corners where crime, starvation and poverty are strangers;

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: that our teeming masses shall not be increased . . . .

ARTICLES:

6. Before any birth certificate can be issued-there must be a death certificate forfeited.

PENALTIES:

6. When a woman gives birth, she has five days to turn in an assigned death certificate. If she fails to do so, she shall be put to death to provide the death certificate for her child.

About the Author

Bernard K. Smith is a former policeman and lawyer. Art has always been a part of his life: including painting and writing. In many ways, he has lived a life of adventure.
