About the Book

One of Hong Kong's oldest hongs has accidentally acquired an antiquated refinery on a remote island in the southern Philippines, run by a tyrannical sugar baron as his feudal fiefdom. And now their blue-eyed young executive has been kidnapped by guerrillas bent on toppling the baron and his regime. Worse, the kidnap victim has uncovered unsavory facts that could greatly embarrass his parent corporation, and has thrown in his lot with his captors in their struggle for justice.

About the Author

Author of some 15 published works, Peter Moss witnessed the end of Empire in India (1947), Malaya (1957) and Hong Kong (1997), where he has spent the last forty years. He sees his third novel, White Guerrilla, as a diversion from the more serious themes of its predecessors.
