About the Author

As a winery owner for twenty-five years, C. J. David has been involved in all aspects of winemaking, from planting vines to savoring the finished product. The author was among the first in Oregon?s signature winery evolution and now enjoys writing in Portland, Oregon, and Laguna Beach, California.
