About the Author
Donald B. Egolf, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Communication at the University of Pittsburgh. Sondra L. Chester, Ph.D. is a Communication Consultant in the city of Pittsburgh. Both authors have published and presented widely in the areas of normal communication processes and communication pathologies.
