About the Book

Andy Meltan, a gifted, nationally renowned author and consultant, enjoys a luxurious life with his wife and daughter in Solana Beach, California. He appears to have it all but is beleaguered by The B.F.-The Bad Feelings-that haunt him from childhood.

Growing up in poverty in DuVal, New York, Andy and his alter ego now coexist with memories of The Event, a brutal teenage attack seventeen years ago that is still so disturbing: at times, Andy can barely function physically or emotionally. His scarred face is a constant reminder.

When Andy receives news that the boy, now a man, who tried to kill him has been released from prison, his nightmare comes alive. Time is running out to stop a twisted killer whose true identity remains elusive. Little does Andy know there are others who want him dead.
