About the Book

Author Read G. Harris brings to light his story of being sexually abused as a young child by a man who should have been trusted. He shares his journey of forced betrayals, innocence lost, harsh lessons learned, and the adult burden of untreated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. About the Author

Read G. Harris is a survivor of childhood sexual abuse. He has lectured regionally and locally on the dynamics of Child Sexual Abuse and the impact on adult behavior of untreated Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Mr. Harris is a retired army officer and is enjoying a fulfilling second career working in a world renowned non-profit organization and he holds a Master of Public Administration and a BA in Sociology.
