It all started on my first day

Peggie Kahn, who has been a nurse for more than thirty-five years, ventures into a new and challenging environment-a world populated by patients with various mental illnesses-that she chronicles in her journal, Welcome to My World.

About the Author

Peggie Kahn has been a nurse for more than thirty-five years, working as a floor nurse and in management at various hospitals and nursing homes in New York, Michigan, and Colorado. She lives in the Rocky Mountains with her husband, Jack, and continues to work on a small psychiatric unit.
