About the Book
The West Hollywood Story is a gay melodrama with a diverse cast of characters who experience the follies and foibles of "gay ghetto" culture.
Still mourning the suicide of their metrosexual roommate Patrick, Seven and Luna open their home to Aaron, a sexually confused farm boy from Bakersfield. Seven discovers a friend in Aaron and introduces him to gay life. Despite his secret longing, Seven can't tutor Aaron in the one thing Aaron desires most: love.
In their search for meaning and love, Seven and Aaron have their fortunes read by Emma, the West Hollywood psychic, who foretells imminent misfortune and a death that will frame their immediate future -- and their lives.
When their Asian actress roommate Luna Sung decides to make her move on the Bakersfield hottie, further complicating matters, jealousy and strife arise within the household.
Now to prove his own worth, Seven must pursue a political career in Washington D.C, which eventually takes him back to West Hollywood and into the arms of the one he loves.
