In our diversity we find strength. In our individuality we find unity. In our humanity we find support. In our faith we find each other.

This is not an age or gender specific book. Nor is it a boot about cancer survival, single motherhood or loneliness. Instead it is a book about life and living, not just surviving the life you have been given. Someone else has been there.

Between the pages of this writing is one person's communication to help you get back up and try again. Drawing on her own life experiences and meaningful lessons she has learned along the way, Ms. Bowers tries to bring hope and promise to your ever changing world.

Sit down and join me for an intimate journey through what could have been deemed a failed life but instead has been turned around to a joyous celebration of every day. A life survivor, Ms. Bowers openly shares her trials and triumphs in hopes to encourage anyone struggling in their life today.

About the Author

Mellissa Rae Bowers is a life survivor who makes inspiration and motivation part of her everyday life. In openly sharing her own experiences with others through her writing and speaking engagements she cultivates encouragement and enlightenment. She currently lives and works in Denver, Colorado but travels as much as possible to her native Whidbey Island in Washington State.
