About the Book

Tommy Rome is an eleven-year-old boy bordering on obesity. He has few friends, and a lot of the other kids at school are constantly making fun of him. Tommy would really love to be able to play sports, especially soccer, and to be able to run fast, but he just can't.

Max Logan is a natural athlete in the purest sense. He excels at every sport that he's ever tried, and he has the focus and discipline of a boy much older than his eleven years. But the one thing about Max that makes him truly exceptional is his ability to accept people for who they are.

Max has lived his entire life in Boulder, Colorado, but that's all about to change. Max, along with his mom and dad, is moving to Boston, Massachusetts, and into the house directly across the street from Tommy Rome.

About the Author

Lorenzo White spent fifteen years in New York City working as a commercial model for the Eileen Ford Agency. He has appeared countless times in every major magazine, including GQ, Esquire, TIME, and Vogue. In Hollywood, he trained many prominent personalities, and was the trainer for members of Aerosmith for eleven years.

Lorenzo now works as a private fitness trainer in Boston, and is presently working on his second book.
